My 6-day workshop will help 4-8th graders understand the importance of nutrition, eating a healthy meal and spread awareness about harmful fad diets. I will also track visits to my website to measure awareness about the issue. I will conduct a survey after each workshop to see if my audience benefited from my workshop. I will conduct Kahoot quizzes and include interactive activities in each workshop to measure awareness and keep my audience engaged.

Here are the wonderful spaces that supported and hosted my  Nutritious and Delicious Workshop: Plainsboro Public Library, 4-H Youth Center, West Windsor Famers Market, Princeton Farmers Market !!
